Far from a superb piece of writing. Modern day journalists are not capable of writing anything remotely superb. Getting back to the point, Jack would be better employed finding out why Gerrard doesnt understand this complaints procedure business. If it was me I'd start by asking Stewart Robertson how the whole system works and why he hasnt told the manager. That might be a good read rather than regugitated internet forum chat.
