  1. Just hope the next hacker doesn't steal your phone and cut your fingers off!!
  2. Ricksen's against Aberdeen, surrounded by sheep watching this game in a pub in Aberdeen - brilliant night!!
  3. Leipzig not stepped up with 10m yet?? Hopeless player, far too flimsy and inconsistent to cope with the top level. Send him on his way asap.
  4. Signing junk like him and Windass from the likes of Accrington Stanley, what were we thinking??
  5. Sadly for him the twitterati called on his draw Mohammed tweet, that came back to bite him in the archie. Felt he got a bit of raw deal with that tbh, as he did stand up to Speirs and called him out so well on STV that Spiers couldn't string an answer together on live TV.
  6. Would you buy a used car from that man??
  7. Bar a good performance against Partick and the Aberdeen game, still yet to be convinced by Dodoo.
  8. Could hear the away end belting some tasty songs on TV. SKY just ended up dubbing over the songs with canned crowd noises. There must have been a fair few hundred signing the proscribed words, so fully expect more arrests in the week.
  9. This is same stunt that he was pulling when the refs got sick of him and McBrides pish, and went on strike.
  10. Relying on that defence, in order to counter attack is a very very brave decision. If he is going to consistently go with this tactic, then we all know that we need to solid up the CB position and rely on quick clinical attacking. I think that might be the end of Waghorn and Garner now. I don't think playing like that for 75 mins is going to give us results in the SC and the further league games.
  11. That they will try and get the Aberdeen tax payer to foot the bill, any NE bears should keep a very keen eye on this rouse.
  12. It has gone against everything we have done over the past season, to be that clinical. So to me it is a freak result, particularly as we were getting battered. Let's not take the shine off a good result by the way, let's hope the team can turn this sort of result into the norm.
  13. Why do you disagree? We were getting trounced and scored a couple of quickfire goals on the break.
  14. One swallow doesn't make a summer, let's just see how we get on in the SC. Great result today, but tbh it was a bit of a freak result, because we are getting totally battered.
  15. I don't understand what being acheived by taking on Caixnha.
  16. Remember Terry Butcher doing exactly that at Hibs, didn't end up well for him when he expected players he had slated for months to do him a favour and beat Hamilton in the play offs! Sadly, i think many of our own players know they are out the door and are chucking it, don't see any great desire in them to get past the semi.
  17. Remember the last one was a lock out at Hampden, it was live on YouTube. This will probably be the case again.
  18. Spot on. Although, hibs were never going to sell Allan to us- at any reasonable fee. Yet, dropped their knickers when celtic made a bid. As you said , it is all posturing - they just can't get the obsession of David Murray " for every £5.." out of their minds.
  19. There is an element of mischief making here from that lot. The same carry on when they were proposing a casino. I doubt it will happen, sadly we have no money to force the issue and this is my main problem with continuously getting loanees in during the second half of the season. They have no commitment to us, and during the run in to the end of the season they are thinking if their next move (back to the parent club or to another) are they really committed to put out in a tackle???
  20. Not getting this love in with Foderingham, he is adequate but there are better keepers out there (we let Gilks go, which was a shambles of a decision). Foderingham has a terrible distribution, and does not command the box with confidence at all, in my opinion.
  21. I'm buzzing to see what Portuguese diddies he can sign with our sketchy budget next season! I'm not convinced that he will bring in anything significant, so he will be left with shuffling the pack as an earlier poster has said. If he can get that right, and challenge for the league next year then we are making progress.
  22. I really wouldn't say he has been our best player, sadly because our defence has been so inept he has shown a great ability at shot stopping. I don't disagree that he played well yesterday, but he is not a player that is indespensible. Foderingham's distribution is poor, and I don't think he commands the area well enough. I really think that there is a much better keeper out there, and to let Gilks go was a indictment of how bad our management were.
