If and when its proven that the employees from Duff and Phelps are found guilty of financial irregularities, does anyone know if Rangers are at liberty to make claim on losses or compensation incurred due to their perceived corruption? Even if Duff and Phelps go belly up ( don't know if they already have) then surely the fact that they will be registered in some way, makes their insurance/regulatory body accountable. I'm aware that Banks are covered by Financial Services Conduct Association but administrators?
