This doesn't surprise me in the slightest I know more bears who support Scotland than don't . We need to remember that we easily have the biggest latent amount of fans in the country by miles .By this I mean guys that don't go to games ever but lean towards Rangers or go to the odd game every now and again .the vast majority of these guys don't really care what has happened to us from the SFA or are truly unaware of what has been done to us . I also know quite a few bears who still hold their love of both teams equal and travel abroad with Scotland and go to Ibrox a few times a year . I can't personally understand this myself.I traveled to Germany once with Scotland with some non bears .even in 2002 .when talking to other fans in Germany I was advised by many to keep it quiet that I was a bear as there were many in the fan base who would not react well and my safety was at risk . That trip was an eye opener for me and I have never been to a Scotland game since and probably won't ever go again . As a once proud Scotland fan I actually can't believe the only reason I ever watch them play is to hopefully see them lose .growing up I would be hard pushed to chose what I would love more .Rangers beating the taigs or Scotland beating England .Move forward to 2 years ago .I didn't cheer when Harry Kane scored the late equaliser at Hampden but I had a right good laugh .

For a bluenose with limited football ability this must be the best Job on the planet -
So much of that campaign was rigged. I can remember watching the goals from the Marseille v CSKA game on Saint and Greavsie the following Saturday and some of the Marseille goals were ridiculous. I thought at the time that there was corruption involved. A Year or so later it was confirmed that match fixing was involved and Tapie was buying people all over Europe to get what he wanted.

Replays showed the ball wasn't in play at the time. They showed it a few times .not quite as many as the incident itself though .

I share mine with Prince George and Bonnie fucking Langford

Also heard that .it was a few years ago but don't really see that change much . I think 4 games against the tarriers skew the figures though .4 times a season 1pc of the total population are at the game That's the equivalent of half a million people going to a single EPL game

Richard Gough was good too

Often think what it must have been like for these guys back in the day . What level did they ever intend themselves playing at and what they thought in their later years when they saw what the club evolved into . -

Was King right about the great unwashed teetering?
magic8ball replied to Thermopylae's topic in General Football & Sport
I think their wage bill is the same as their turnover without any CL cash or player sales. King was right with his house of cards .they missed out on CL last year which has hit their bank balance .Pressure is on this year to qualify and if they are indeed trimming the wage bill they will only be losing players that other people want . Where we have the upper hand on them right now is stability .We dont need so many new players as they do and we have a stable management that are already recruiting for next year. They are months behind us and will be shopping in the same stores as us if they are needing to reduce costs -

why though. the system is there for them -
While i 100 pc believe Katic to be the better option to Worrall. first hes our player 2nd hes probably a better all round player and finally the most important part he forms a partnership with Goldson thats greater than the sum of its parts .I dont think its been the defense thats been most culpable in our league challenge . For me we have slipped up more because of our front players not being able to break down packed defenses . Next season i dont think we should be looking to get a top centre half at the expense of breaking up what could easily be the best defensive partnership since Weir and Bougie .Plus any cash spent on a centre half would be far better used in the final 3rd of the side . By all means get the best back up defenders possible .but i dont want this part of the team tinkered with

any normal non taig controlled media puppet could just as easily look at the other side of the story .as always there are 2 sides the side he should be reporting is Rangers are using this scenario to highlight the not fit for purpose system nothing more nothing less . but instead this wee wank sinks the boot in to make us look like we should just sit their and take it -

They need to after it like a dog with a bone . Mcinnes gets a ban for gesturing while lego and TLB get off with the same . Unfortunately that would need to be the sheeps fight but while they suck the tarrier teat that wont happen
