We are on the bones of our arse with fit players. We have 15 fit outfield players including 3 youngsters. Sadly - this almost guarantees Lammers a start every game, and he's fucking shite. Hagi has to return and we need to sign proven players, not projects, to get us through the rest of the season

On top of those on the injury list, can probably add a "2nd choice" list with guys like Matondo returning from injury but either not yet fully fit or match sharp? Plenty hammer throwers in this league and still there are those who want to expand it and include more canon fodder!

Normal practice for blending youngsters is to give them a short first team spell, return to the Bs (or equivalent), re-evaluate and repeat. This is a tad different as our squad is on it's arse and we are pretty scarce in the right winger dept. Matondo not showing any consistency with either fitness or playing ability. All of this makes the sale of Sakala seem even more stupid by the day?

That's because season books for that area do not include European games, so the question still stands?

It's only Lammers being so shite that's keeping Dessers from being underperformer of the year.

We're on a high tonight and rightfully so. Trying to distinguish between Beale's signings and his team performances. After today, and indeed leading up to this week - apart from a couple of big howlers, I don't think it's been actually too bad............... In signing order.... 1 Cantwell - played fantastic under Beale, going through a wee sticky patch under Clement and I think he needs to start conforming to discipline. Covers every blade of grass every game, skillful and a fantastic work rate. 2 Raskin - Showed lots of early talent, but seemed to go off the boil for a wee while. On a four and a half year contract 3 Dowell - 33 games for England U20 and U21 teams. It's easy to forget he's still a Rangers player sometimes. Honestly not seen enough of him to form a long term opinion 4 Butland - outstanding signing 5 Sterling - coming into the team and not been too bad last couple of games. Early days 6 Dessers - underperformer. I'd sell him tomorrow. Not a high enough return for a striker 7 Lammers - rank fucking rotten and should be nowhere near our colours, our team, our club or our property. Clement seems to think the sun shines out his butt - god knows why? 8 Sima - slow start and improving rapidly. Becoming consistant and a 1st pic for me in the fwd line. Very fast and some fantastic goals 9 Danilo - raw talent. Speedy. Got character and personality about him 10 Cifuentes - blows hot and cold. Has talent, but needs to show it every game, not every 2nd or 3rd one 11 Balogun - Now 35. Good squad player, but always going to be 3rd or 4th choice if we are building a team for the future. Glad to have him back. Summary - Dessers and Lammers were a huge blot on on Beale's signing copybook, but of the other 9 (injuries aside), much as it gives me the boak to admit - we maybe have to give the guy a wee bit of credit?

Lammers is a fucking wanker. Hope he gets replaced at half time.

Used to be ok when it was Ladbrokes and Hills. I enjoyed a couple of half serious bets then a few quid on some "novelty" attempts to clear myself every game with mixed success. The lower league games were pretty easy to make a few bob. This latest lot are dross. The hand written "first to score" board has Devine on it every game and 1 or 2 others who're not even playing. Am I right in saying you need to open an online account in order to collect any winnings? Not had a bet in the stadium since they took over. Get them to fuck 🙂🙂

Instead of scraping out 1 goal wins as we often do, we need to put together a decent string of thrashings. Success breeds success. If we are to put up a decent challenge for this title then we need to start dishing out some good hammerings to the smaller clubs again. The other mob have banged in 18 goals in their last 6 league games, we are 5 behind that. Clement does seem to have instilled a bit of hunger in them. He wants every single second of the game to be used up trying to score.

Anyone else think Tom Lawrence was just missing in the game v St Mirren? You'd barely have known he was even playing. Watched him intently in the 2nd half and the game went on round about him.

Matondo was just coming onto a decent game when he got injured. I'd stick by him. He was pushed out the team previously by Sakala. The two are very similar styles of player and Matondo was usually the tribute act. BUT..... he's as fast as fuck and few defences can deal with his speed.

There was nobody more petulant than Morelos, and he got away with it for years. Managers should protect young players, not hang them out to dry. There is a time for an arm around the shoulder and a chat.

Cantwell came into our team like a breath of fresh air. He covered every single blade of grass game after game and carried many others in this team on his back - so he has proved his ability and shown where he plays best. Clement plays him out of position and all of a sudden he seemingly becomes the whipping boy? I really hope our manager isn't trying to drive him out of the club. To pick that useless fanny Lammers week in - week out and then sub Cantwell doesn't send out any positive messages gaffer.
