Big Sterling is very much in the mould of Bassey. A big raw boy who gives it a go. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt but hes a grafter. I hope we dont end up in a Man U/John O'Shea situation where he doesnt have a defined position. He seems to get the shitty end of the stick by constantly being shoehorned in to problem positions. Lundstrum pish? Put him in the middle, Borna shite, play him left. Boy ends up everywhere apart from in goal

The real problem is simple. You put shit in you get shit out.
The recruitment has been poor and the overall condition and mentality is nowhere near whats required at a club of our stature. We never seem to uncover diamonds in the rough and i still find it hard to comprehend that we will lose to a team that contained Stephen Welsh and Liam Scales.
Said it before and will continue to say it until they fuck off, Tavernier and Goldson are the root cause of the issues. Without checking I would go as far as to say that a large part of Tavs goals have been in dead rubbers where it didnt really matter and goldson is a big diddy kidding on hes a centre half. Fuckin scandal these cunts have made the money they have off of us. And while Im at it, special mention to Ryan Jack who has been a fuckin liabilty over the season and has the brass neck to pick up wages

I think the mood in the dressing room will be along the lines of "thank fuck we are now out of a title race". They absolutely shrink when there is a chance of doing anything that resembles a title challenge

Good for you then ya mouth breather. Its tight for anyone who experienced issues with the 4month option previously. I pay mine outright but every year there are always people who have issues with bank cards/credit applications etc.

He's done now, but imo has spent the last 3 to 4 years carrying the can for Goldsons inability to defend the most simple situations.
Goldson wants to drop deep and central and it leaves tavernier far too much ground to cover.
Been watching for a while now and i think he has stockholm syndrome. He doesnt realise the guy who "covers" him is the guy who leaves him so exposed.
Goldson seems to have some kind of hold over him and they both bully whoever goldson deems is the fall guy for his lack of positional sense.
You can see when you watch the europa final back, goldson goes to blame bassey who gets him told straight. Tav then joins in. Needs to show his balls and tell his mate when he is wrong

By comparing him to bassey I mean in the raw, but willing to work category. Technically sterling is superior but they both seem to be happy to play out of position when the team requires it. On the other hand that fuckin dumpling dessers cannae even do what hes supposed to.
