Think it is minimum £3 but it only ads to your basket if you hit the donate button.

I've got £63 credit on both my accounts, did you have to renew both tickets separately to use the credits on each account, i usually renew both through 1 account but its only showing credit for 1 ticket.

Managed to get the email, I copied and pasted the season ticket number from the email, and got the password reset email straight away, Both my season ticket numbers start with 000, these numbers are missing on the email.

Cheers mate, As far as I could see it never mentioned anything about who it was through, Thought it was odd, Used them the last few seasons never had a a problem, Usually here back within a couple of days.
