  1. I thoroughly enjoyed reading that seeing the pics/painting. The old pics are always magic. There's been a lot of 'doom and gloom' on here, so it's nice to get away from that for five minutes. Without hopefully sounding like a wimp, you can't help but feel proud of who we are when you hear of our history and it's a real emotional ride on The Founders Trail. I wish all staff and players would go on it until they get it and I mean, REALLY get it so they can understand what we're all about. We have a wonderful history, but some of the players through the years (especially recent years) haven't been worthy of the shirt which is disappointing. You and all involved do a grand job in presenting The Trail and for the amount of time and effort you all put into it. You all have my utmost respect. Thank you!
  2. Why don't you feck off ya soap dodging waste of a good ride. Every one of you lot are obsessed. Seriously deranged.

  4. Not getting too worked up about yet another article demeaning Rangers and in particular the manager this time. This sort of stuff annoys me as a Rangers supporter of course, but it also makes me feel ashamed of Scotland. I can just imagine how other foreigners view us when they read this and other crap that is churned out on a daily basis, by gossip columnists masquerading as journalists. Is there ever going to be an end to this? They really do have it in for Pedro so at least he must be doing something right, even if it's still to be shown on the park at this stage.
  5. Try again mate. Watching it now and it's bang on. Perfect.
  6. Perfect...atm. http://www.usagoals.me/c/football/2056737/2/rangers-fc-vs-aberdeen-fc-live-stream/

  8. Well said mate. I can agree with some of what he said but he really overplayed it. The tranny guy with the teeth slated their style of play when they played them and McInnes commented, but he didn't embellish the reply to him as much as he has here. Why not? Probably because we're deemed 'fair game' as we don't respond to any criticism. We've had two recent managers from outside Scotland who have shown respect to the so-called journalists and all concerned, yet they've received in return, lies, spin and loaded questions. It makes you wonder what the people outwith Scotland make of all of this selective media stuff and how we treat people. We don't have sports journalists any more in Scotland. They're just gossip columnists.
  9. Wouldn't it just? Talking about watching them squirm...
  10. That was a decent piece written by big DJ. Don't ever forget what an outstanding player he was for us and for the 'young yins', see the video. He proved the old adage that if you're good enough, you're old enough. THAT header against the manky mob at only 16. Enjoy the video folks and seeing the Rangers stalwarts of the past (as The Citizen used to call them in their pull-outs - aye I'm an old-ish cunt). The goals come thick and fast btw. While you're on a roll DJ, why don't you knock out McCulloch and Keevins the next time you're on air before you slam the door behind you. It's well overdue. I'd tune in to hear that.
  11. We all know this is true. If it was one of the manky mob, we would have heard about it everywhere. I'm glad the boy is okay and hopefully they'll get the waste of space that did it...I won't hold my breath though.
  12. I don't think wee Willie honestly believes himself that we need £50M to compete with the manky mob. That was tongue in cheek and no doubt put out there to rattle the boards cage. I reckon that anything less than £10M (not counting wages) for perhaps five signings would be swallowed up in the grand scheme of things and would hardly make a dent on what's required. I'd say £15M is a realistic transfer target for what's required, albeit it's going to fall short of what Pedro actually gets. I'd love to be proven wrong there (but I won't). Spending £50M in Scotland if we had it would be mad (nobody would seriously do it) as you would need guaranteed CL dosh every year to try and make even a little sense of it. Also, for the so-called players you'd want to buy with a large budget, with their ambitions, it wouldn't be an easy task to get them to come and play here, especially with all of the non-footie related crap that we get bombarded with on an almost daily basis to add to the mix. SMSM tarnish our reputation and laud up the scum whenever they can, so that's got to have at least some impact on putting off some potential targets. Willie was bang on about the last game though and the spineless players that were on the park that day. It was a total capitulation and he has shown them up for what most of them are. Maybe that will spur them on for this weekend. Here's hoping. Sink or swim guys.
  13. To be fair mate, they're all going to be hard to get into unless you're a regular. The Linn O' Dee is no more. I had many a good time in there and the 'rivalry' with the nearby Vogue (spits on ground) when both sets of supporters were standing outside was good as long as it didn't get out of hand. The Linn is now The Picture House and it has no association with Rangers anymore. The Quarry Bar will be mobbed, but the atmosphere in there on Sunday if you can get in will be superb if we do the business. I was in for the Beastality Boys (Sheepshaggers) away game recently and that was a good day as you'd expect. Not a big shop btw. Only a few yards along the road is the 20 Club and there's more capacity in it. I'm not sure if you'll need to get someone to sign you in or not. Maybe someone who's been in recently can add to that. The Burgh Bar on King Street (it runs parallel to the Main Street) is a good atmosphere too which spills into the beer garden after the game. Again, not a big shop and you have next to no chance of getting in unless you're a regular (and you go early enough before it fills up). The Victoria Bar (on Farmeloan Road, just down from Chapmans on the Main Street) is a great pub to watch the footie. Decent sized shop and loads of tellys. Not 100% bluenose shop (probably around 70%) and has a Rangers and scum end to watch an old firm game. No trouble. That's where I'll be heading on Sunday to cheer on the lads. Again though, regulars only unless you're lucky. Tarrier shops to avoid on Sunday are - the vogue, sportsmans (as far as I know), the millcroft (wallace bar) and chapmans. I hope that helps you and maybe some others who'll be in the area too. In your position, I'd probably plump for The 20 Club, or The Quarry Bar if you're there for opening time. Being within yards of each other gives you options. Good luck and enjoy!
  14. R.I.P. Ugo. Genuinely stunned to come on here this morning and see this. By the many tributes paid to him, he was by all accounts a true gentleman and family man who loved his footie. Many thanks for THAT goal Ugo and sincere thoughts go out to his family and many, many friends. Once a bear, ALWAYS a bear. A tribute from the fans on Sunday of some kind would be superb if there was time to do so. Even better would be the club and players dedicating their win to him. That would be wonderful. Let's do this Rangers!
  15. Good on you mate! Number 13 (unlucky for you lot) or 27 or you choose (got someone to blame then) Paid by Paypal.
  16. Loved the man. When he was on his game he was a delight to watch. Thanks for the wonderful memories Davie. https://rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/cooper-gone-but-not-forgotten/
  17. Agreed mate. She's a nasty piece of work. As for Scotland's 'finest', we'll need to wait a few hours for more of the same no doubt....farcical
  18. I'll go along with that, except there's been a lot worse than that written about us in the comics that have replaced newspapers these days. Still pathetic though, especially as it seems rather ironic coming from Sarris as per the info the lads earlier in the thread provided. The entire Scottish media in general are an embarrassment as what is regarded as 'journalism' today is lazy, well short of any real substance and heavily biased (understatement of the year methinks). Maybe Mr Gavin 'Dangle' Berry will get the same recognition for his piece as a certain bitch who should have been sacked without question seems to be getting for her contribution to 'journalism'. See section 19 in the link below. http://www.scotns.org.uk/awards/the-shortlist/
  19. David Barrowman (known as Big Barra) Sincere condolences to his family and many friends. A real bluenose who was taken far too young. Sadly, there's been quite a few supporters passing way recently as some have mentioned in this thread. I'd just like to add that I'm sure Big Davie was as much a supporter as anyone is on this forum and indeed, as much as anyone who will be there at Ibrox on Saturday to applaude him. Respect to 'The Big Man'. I added the photo of Davie as it's always good to put a face to the name in this situation. I trust nobody will object to me doing so from the FF forum.
  20. Hi GB, another donation made. Good work mate, you're doing a great job.

  21. I really didn't think they could surprise me anymore. That's absolutely vile. Someone should track this sorry excuse for a human being down and destroy him.
  22. It makes me feel proud to say I'm a Rangers supporter reading that and of course with the knowledge gained from The Founders Trail too. We've a lot to thank Moses for. Can you imagine...no Rangers? Neither can I. Born a Rangers supporter and a Rangers supporter until I die. We've a lot to thank you for too Mr M. What an outstanding job all concerned do with the information and presentation of The Founders Trail. You're a natural mate. I loved every minute of it. I don't know why I waited so long to actually do it. I was the guy in the suit (looked good btw) with your mate, the 'guest of honour'. Thanks for a great day!
  23. Seen this in front of the John Greig statue on the way out from The Rangers Founders Tour. I don't do Twitter or Facebook. Perhaps one of you could leave a comment thanking them for it.
  24. Okay, some of you guys may have a point about some of the phrases used, but I was livid at the time with all that was going on. Nice to see there is a lot of perfect people out there who've never made a mistake in their life. I bow down before you. And all this shit about we don't do that. No, we just sit back and take whatever is thrown at us. No wonder some clowns think we're fair game. At least I did something rather than our usual stance of dignified silence.
