  1. Good post mate. I think we'll all keep the faith if what we've seen this season is anything to go by. I know I've been delighted in what I've seen up until today and even today could be dismissed for the right reasons, but it's frustrating as hell when the same problem/s rears it's ugly head and cost us points now and we know it's going to keep happening.. It's not the draw, or if it was even a defeat today, it's the same errors over and over that will cost us big time. As you say though, we are looking a million percent better than we were after some serious surgery to the team. Small margins eh? WATP.
  2. Seriously? Wow. Tav missed Candeias today to help (bale) him out.
  3. And how many others over the time I've in here? I guess that underlines my point.
  4. Flanagan is a no nonsense defender though who will do the job he's supposed to do. Tav will create a lot of goals as I said, but more in games when the opposition are weak and we are in front. We need a defender who can be resolute in the tight games. The games that win you 3 points.
  5. I take your point mate but I shouldn't be scared to look at the game anytime the ball goes near him in defence. I did that today again. He scares the shit out of me when he's supposed to be defending. He's definitely the weak link in our defence.
  6. I've been loving it so far and we weren't far off getting all three points (probably deserved one), but games like today have to be won if we're really confident of winning the league. We really have to win these games. It's so fucking frustrating. I doubt Goldson will have a worse game throughout the season, but he's been a rock in our defence since he came in, so that's allowed as a 'one off'. It happens. I truly hate to slag a player off, I don't often do it, but I'll continue to shout it from the rooftops about one man in particular. Tav is INCAPABLE of defending. I've said it in here about him and said it to anyone else who will listen...he will cost us lots of goals and lots of games and seriously hinder the chance of us winning the league. I don't understand the idiots in here and elsewhere, who think he can defend. Really? Are you having a laugh? If his and his families lives depended upon it, he STILL wouldn't be able to do it. Going forward he's terrific. I do like the guy and I love to see him going forward. He's created a lot of goals for us, BUT HIS NUMBER ONE JOB IS TO STOP THEM. As I said before, he's INCAPABLE of doing just that.
  7. A good watch that. It's unusual watching positive stuff on TV concerning us. Dennis gets it, Ian gets it and Kelly would definitely get it ?
  8. Because we live in a totally fucked up world. They'd prefer to write any garbage they can get their grubby little paws on about us, rather than deal with major issues that need some backbone from them. It's only kids lives were talking about, so of no importance to Scottish journalists. They should collectively hang their heads in shame. I'm ashamed for them.
  9. Just what we expected when we came up through the divisions. I certainly did. Yet more outrageous and tenuous stuff portrayed as news once again. What the fuck's going on in this world nowadays? There used to be decent journalists years ago. Now? All we get is lazy, agenda driven trolls out to blacken the name of our club as often as they can, to try and offer a reason for their existence. Don't exist...just die. The more successful we become, the more of a threat we become and they just don't like it. Get used to it.
  10. Brilliant post. Can't argue with any of that and I feel exactly the same regarding being desperate for the next game. Cheers for that Gogzy. I think we're fortunate to have Allen. You can debate as to who was responsible for bringing in this player, or that one, but the bottom line is that we at long last have players on the park who are playing as a TEAM and the same goes for the backroom staff. Loving it!
  11. The timing and bid is insulting. Silly games. Go fuck yourselves.
  12. This guy is going to be a huge asset for us this season and hopefully for a few more. He ticks all the boxes and seems to realise how lucky he is to be playing to a full stadium of our fans. He'll definitely make us a very good profit as well when he does eventually leave. Just to add...it can't be easy making your debut with a full house and everyone watching every move you make. He handled it beautifully.
  13. Cheers for that OP. That was an outstanding piece of skill from what looks like an exceptional player at this stage. He's powerful too, so won't be bounced about all over the place, like we've had to endure in the past couple of seasons. I heard Sportscene didn't show it. I didn't watch it, so just going with what I've heard. If so, why would they leave out such a piece of skill like that, especially as it was a real talking point with the tackle too? I think I can probably answer my own question right enough. If we do have an option to buy him, that would be excellent. I'd love to know how much that's for. In the meantime, let's just enjoy him. Great signings so far and a huge pat on the back for all concerned.
  14. Just another agenda driven parasite. If it wasn't for The Rangers, these people would just shrivel up and die. A lot of 'people' are starting to get a bit flustered (understatement of the year) at the moment, for various reasons. I enjoy their pain.
  15. That looks really good and appreciation goes to everyone who puts in the time and effort to do so, throughout the season. Good work!
  16. Surprised at that if true as he's not long signed a lengthy contract. SG must love him right enough and I'm not going to argue with him. As a person I really like the guy, going forward, he's a cracking player offering a lot (and creating goals), in defence, he's a liability and will always cost us goals. I don't want to knock the guy, but it's true. He will create goals for us, but he will cost us goals too. He's often unaware of players around about him that he's meant to be picking up as well. That drives me nuts...just basic stuff. Hopefully SG will improve him. He reminds me a bit of Steven Whittaker in the manner that his defending scared me at times too with his all or nothing sliding tackles, yet was brilliant at times further up the pitch. That gives me an excuse to play this little beauty again (not great quality though)...WOOF! Back to today...let's put even more pressure on brenda with a convincing win and let everyone else take note as well. WATP.
  17. Yet another Gerrard plus. No doubt about that. We've been screaming out for guys with a bit of dig, a bit more physical and that's just what we've got with him. I like him, as I do so much of what's going on around Ibrox these days. We were light in that respect in recent years...not now and I love it. He's also good at basic, everyday defending. It sickened me seeing us getting pushed all over the park with no marks. We certainly won't be treated like that this season. I'd bet my life on it.
  18. Brilliant! It's great to see the young kids at the game, proudly wearing the colours and hopefully doing just that for the rest of their lives. Get the re-run back on RTV (great value), let him get the colours back on and let him, you and his pals enjoy it again. It's a great time to be a bear (and every other day too) I took my grandson to his first ever game in the friendly against Bury. It was a hugely proud moment for me and still feel quite emotional just thinking back to it. Got a few pics of him in his 'One in a Minion' scarf (he chose it himself) He's 3, nearly four, so it was an ideal opportunity to do just that, although he only lasted until half time as we were there early and he started to get tired. Great night and won't be forgotten by either of us.
  19. I'm shocked at the attitude in this thread. Can someone not ask the lowlife, attention seeking, waste of space if he's all right? Did anyone shed any tears over this? Maybe he was there for the brain implant operation he needs...this one has been rejected. I'm so tired of him and similar arseholes who exist solely because of the hated they have for us. Any other MSP/MP would be brought to task by their leader for constantly spouting the utter garbage he does. The exception being the SNP of course. They seem to encourage it. Round them up, all of them, put them in a field and bomb the bar stewards. Job done!
  20. Even for you GB, this is a bit much with two fake shirts I'll offer two crisp £9 notes for the small one for my daughter. Okay, £20 then! Keep up the good work mate
  21. Good news and hopefully just the start of exposing these guys. Small fry of course compared to some of the parasites we've had to put up with throughout the years, but it's a start and I'm loving the fact that we've actually grew a set at long last. Hopefully he wont be replaced with yet another tarrier.
  22. A truly horrific story, but what a wonderful gesture from The Rangers Charity Foundation. Class!
  23. I'm sick of seeing the repulsive glory hunters everywhere too. It's the same on holiday...manky bar stewards. You don't know if they've been at the game, been at a funeral, a wedding, or sleepwalking, it's the same smelly disgusting outfit. Hopefully, they'll disappear soon. On the plus side, I pulled the plug on my tarrier girlfriend tonight (I know, I know) and now I feel clean again We've been through enough crap the last few seasons, so let's just do what you're paid for guys and smash these cunts. Roll on 55.
  24. The boy needs (and deserves a break) health wise. First game for ages and I thought he did well in the situation. It doesn't matter beyond if he's a regular or not, but the boy played well today and scored a goal any of us would have been proud of. Good on you son. I loved it! He's got some quality and hopefully SG with help him there, but that tackle today was fucking outrageous and could have finished him off. A yellow? You're having a laugh (same as most of the clowns this season).
