That middle part is ridiculous.

Probably best if i get all the tickets and distribute as i see fit.

Still not received an email or anything yet and no joy getting through to TO. however looking at my accounts I think there is £27 pending, so fingers crossed.

Is there anywhere you can actually complain about the way their system works or would it fall on deaf ears i suspect? 

What I meant by it is that come SF and Final ballot,  you should be rewarded for the games you have 'attended', as the website stated.  People who don't attend, obviously just pay for the ticket to ensure inclusion in the ballot  in the latter stages (ok, a few reasons here and there that would be valid and contradict this, but in general).  I would always argue that those that paid and attended should be rewarded first.  Those that chose not to, for whatever reason, will still get a ballot chance for a ticket.
What this would do, is ensure that more would actually turn up for the actual game, knowing they have to, which in turn is better for the team.  I'm probably still sounding confusing, but I know what I mean at least 
To me its the difference between loyalty back to the fans, and just being interested in the money.  

As said earlier in this thread, why the fuck do we continue to play at Hampden when there is a stadium available with 15000 extra seats.   Another solution would be to introduce some form of rail standing at each end of Hampden, may take the capacity up to 60000, one for years to come.

That's the same person I got - although I think it was a woman. But my understanding is - as was mentioned in the OP - if you missed out on the League Cup semi despite having met payment commitments for every round, and you'd paid every round of the Scottish Cup, then you were "priority". I know this NOT to be true - there are people who signed up for CCS in October that have tickets for this. When you mention that on the phone it's dingied or dismissed as not true.  
I know it counts for nothing, but I took my daughter to every piss-ant home cup tie since 2012, Ramsdens Cup - the whole shebang. I never missed out on anything until we were back in the top flight and season ticket holders were afforded parity regardless of when they signed up. It just doesn't seem fair.

You should get a token for every Pie/Bovril you buy as well.......I would be guaranteed a ticket.  Fat Bastard Loyal!

I'm raging because it looks like I've missed out on both semis now. What makes it worse is I know some people will get tickets that only go to these games

I'm more raging because I really wanted my grandson to get at least one OF game this season (being in the family stand he doesn't get the option). Also I'm raging that the sponsors get extra tickets as well as the corporate tickets and the players families who haven't been to a game all season. ?

Looks like it bud.  Not sure about Hibs actually, but certainly the other 2 did it early last week.

In reality until we resort to a points based system, their is no fair way of doing these draws.
Would count me out of most games, but their should be a points based system of some sort.

Tickets bought unfortunately. I complained about this last semi coz my son didn't get one but actually attended them all. They gave him a ticket in the end.

Hamilton are on free fall. We've just pumped them, we have a new manager so that automatically comes with a lift and Hamilton got pumped by a poor Hearts side on Saturday. I think we'll destroy them 

Pedro has a good run of games to the away game at Aberdeen and then the semi. Gives him time to implement what he wants as they are the two games he'll really be tested in. I hope this works and he isn't another mouth piece like MW
