    Beale is no where near knowing his best 11, no even sure what shape or formation hes going for, six central defenders in that squad tonight and roofes sitting in the house, since pre season i have no idea what hes going to try next. Baffled.

    Starting cifuentes on the right was a big blunder, all the signs were there last week he just cant cope and offers tav  absolutely no help.

    Don’t think we can gamble on Cifuentes tonight. He looked like a fish out of water last week, really struggled with the pace and quality of PSV. Tonight will be much the same as they are going to try to hit us hard and fast from the first whistle.
    and no I’m not writing him off… He will come good, but he clearly needs time to get up to speed with the standards of Euro football. Tonight’s too important for bedding players in.

    Got to agree, the hype in pre season games looks to be just that, in the 4 competitive games so far he has shown very little, 3.5 million looks a right good deal for his former club.
