Too early to write him off, but a defining season for him if he wants to be considered good enough to lead the line from start. My biggest concern is I dont think he really fits in our system style wise and is better as an impact sub when we need something different. But not one to really dislike, puts in a shift and will do a job - good luck to him hope he does it.

Its an insane goal really. He wins the ball and beats men as well before the strike and creates a miracle goal out of nothing on a waterlogged pitch. If it was Messi or Ronaldo it would be lauded as one of the best goals of all time.

I like him, think he has huge potential. Thats backed up by Michael Beale who has been around decent youngsters in his career. Understand allegiance to country given the name and history etc, but in this case I think he has his priorities wrong. There is no bigger platform than the CL, and he should be focused on getting into our strongest 11 and making sure we qualify. We must put the club first, the rewards are too big to risk losing out on.

Loved him early doors and then lost faith tbh. Had given up on him after Killie away I think, but he massively sorted himself out and the money we paid now looks a steal. Has become a bit of a favourite for me, think he gets it now and actually see some leadership potential at times. His assist for Morelos against Porto was genuinely world class.
