CF5LOYAL 0
We have had a fair few hard men over the years, Ian Ferguson, Terry Hurlock, Graham Roberts ec. but who is the hardest of them all? Gotta love a hard man

4boysandabaw 3
I was thinking of something like this yesterday. There are many candidates. George Young, played with a broken leg.

CF5LOYAL 0
Probs Willie Woodburn or Tiger Shaw. But who knows? Nobody saw them all. What got me thinking was that we havn't had a true hard man for a good few years. And when you look through the years every great team has someone who can step up to the plate when the going gets tough.

mccoist355 4
Bomber. Played vs Aberdeen in 91 on painkillers with a half-broken leg, having had to crawl out of bed to the bathroom the morning of the game, that ended up a fully-broken leg after 60 minutes. And can you remember that disfiguring growl he did in a goal "celebration" once. Fucking Legend.

Polo 1,433
From today's side, the only guy who seems comfortable throwing himself into tackles for the cause is Big Lee. Stevie Smith and Fleck are fond of wild swipes but that's more of a display of aggresion than committment.

mccoist355 4
Terry Hurlock Any footage of the assault he committed on a Septic player at the Piggery one time - had the Tims frothing at the mouth? I'll have a look myself, think it might have been a game we lost though

colin 18
There has been lot's of hard basa's over the years, Cox, Woodburn, Shearer, Davis, Greig, Forsyth, Roberts, Hurlock etc but in my opinion the hardest and toughest and probably the dirtiest basa has to be Gregor Stevens. He was as hard as the afore mentioned but with a real nasty streak..............Follow..........Follow...............Colin
