Zlatan is one of the world's top players when he's on form. But he's an artist, not a team worker. And the result of building attack on Zlatan? Sweden is out the World Cup (the first major championship Lagerback missed since taking the job) and Lagerback went out of a job.(He got a second chance though, now coaching Nigeria.)
