Thommo 708
McGregor - 8 - Didn't have much to do, made a few good touches from dangerous crosses.Whittaker - 8 - Played well, much better than Saturday. Unlucky not to score.Weir - 10 - Solid. Didn't put a foot wrong, no surrender Davie Weir!Bougherra - 8 - Solid enough when needed. Didn't really have to be involved much.Papac - 9 - Brilliant display yet again, really hope he signs a new deal. Put in some great challenges.Naismith - 8 - Some great link up play with Lafferty and Jelavic. Ran his socks off as usual.Davis - 9 - Another player who was outstanding. Controlled the midfield and helped attacking moves aswell as defence.Edu - 8 - A much better performance than of late. Made a few good passes and his confidence is improving now which is great.Wylde - 6 - Decent performance. Few poor touches, but made a couple of good runs. Will have better nights.Jelavic - 9 - Great goal, great link up play. Should have had a few more and was unlucky on numerous occasions.Lafferty - 9 - Clinical finish to make it 2-0. Could have had 3 or more tonight and put in a brilliant shift.Walter Smith - 10 -

And Davis and Edu were both terrific tonight in their own ways. Pleased with the run of form Lafferty is having as well at the minute.

docspiderman 1,248
McGregor - 8 Once again a couple of great saves to keep a clean sheet.Whittaker - 7 Slow start but came on to a game and became more and more comfortable.Weir - 8 Strolled through the game.Bougherra - 7 Covered when he had to and always in control.Papac - 8 Another composed performance, tackled well and got forward.Naismith - 8 Duracell man; always on the move and drove forward to great effect, but he has to stop the stupid dives that fools no one.Davis - 8 Perpetual motion and now looks a real player grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck.Edu - 8 Absolutely top drawer for 65 minutes; always in the face of the opposition, winning the ball and making positive runs. Lost momentum when he had to cover for the space the ineffectual McCulloch gave to the opposition.Wylde - 6 Better game but needs to take on opponents on his strong side a lot more.Gives us so much more balance and always a danger with his crossing.Jelavic - 8 Tireless performance and another vital goal.Lafferty - 8 Literally ran himself to a standstill and again on the scoresheet.Subs:McCulloch - 1 Ran away from ball and opponent and at one point seemed to be pointing out to them where they could be more dangerous.Diouf - 1 Failed to get into the game amd must cost us a fortune by giving away 2 strips tonight.Foster - 1 Given a chance to say farewell,I hope.Absolutely soaking wet as I drove home, but boy was that first 35 minutes and the result worth it!
