weedurranty 28
thought it was because we totally underestimated their pace and went"holy shit"
Nicolas Cage 31
Offering him a new contract was an awful decision. Especially considering that it seems like he won't be first choice with Bougherra, Goian, maybe Cuellar/Juhasz about. He looked devastated when he came off. Not sure whether it was because of injury. jdocherty72 215
Not a clue what was going on tbh.

Zappa6995 3,686
I thought he just looked his normal slow self.
JCS 649
CAN'T BE CERTAIN, BUT I THOUGHT AT THE TIME THAT HE WAS BEING REPLACED SIMPLY BECAUSE HE WAS BEING LEFT FOR DEAD!
King Jela 20,647
Offering him a new contract was a very, very bad decision, I said it at the time, repeatedly, but got the stupid "end of season form argument" put against me for the 41 year old. boor 3
he was slow and shite as per usual
Bears r us 30,988
no he was injured Ally said in his interview after the game he had a ham string problem.
WearsideBear 3
He looked fucked when he was heading towards the tunnel mind. But then you could say he resembled a 41 year old playing professional football. Think this is one season too many for the big man.
.Williamson. 83,727
It's good when you can't tell if a player is genuinely injured or just slow as fuck.
Chuck_Fickens 425
I assumed he was replaced because we lost a goal and Ally knew 5 at the back was a ridiculous idea in the first place. Didn't look injured to me.
RobertN 393
the commentators seemed to know he was coming off before he did

Chuck_Fickens 425
THe Ally knew bit confused me lolIt must've confused him as well and that's why he made the early substitution.
WeeBlue 39
It's good when you can't tell if a player is genuinely injured or just slow as fuck. It's also quite worrying that we only made 1 substitution in that game and it was forced upon us. Big Laff's Dodgy Barnett 20
He wasn't injured, it was tactical.
SirWalterSmithLegend 206
Was pretty embarrassing tbh. Times up.
keithgersbear 3,225
Why is he still at the club as a player? Can some one give me a serious answer to that?
4MenHadADream 122
If that is the case, then quite frankly we would be better telling Weir right now, that he can go and coach at Everton. I sincerely hope that it was simply an injury, it would be an embarrassing end to the career of someone who has been brilliant for us since he arrived here back in 2007
WeeBlue 39
Why is he still at the club as a player? Can some one give me a serious answer to that?Because he's captained us to 3 in a row and is probably good to have around the team... although I agree, he shouldn't be playing. terrybutcher 23
Why is he still at the club as a player? Can some one give me a serious answer to that?Think the actual reason he was replaced is he needs to be down in england tomoro to collect his pension :weir: no surrender though gramps
Irwin Sparkes 97
Of course he wasn't injured. Cringeworthy if we're claiming that.
