simplythebest 11,453
I know, but they can only get to so many games.I'd much rather go to Malmo than a friendly ! Luckily I was able to go to both. Was at Malmo, never went today, just never felt a friendly was worth the money on top of the ST and the CCCS, although I won't claim I couldn't afford it. I'll probably (never know what can happen in life obviously) not miss another game at Ibrox this season so i'm not feeling too guilty.

Don81 2,875
Have no problem with people clapping Chelsea in a friendly, has always been a wee link there and a proportion of our fans do support them aswell , wouldn't do it myself though. Only time I've ever clapped an opposition team was after we got a a 4 goal drubbing from Juve a few years back, to not clap that performance would have been criminal, still the best performance I've ever seen by an opposition team at Ibrox. dukestreetsoup 69
Nothing wrong with clapping great football from a great team. However, to anyone who was at this game and didnt go to the Malmo game, take a good long look at yourself. I for one, have no respect for you.
Shooter 7
Its not Chelseas fault some clown wanted to blow millions upon millions filling their squad with world class players. If you are jealous of them then fair enough, Im sure loads of people had a great day out watching Lampard and co giving us a game instead of watching the likes of Ian Black kicking lumps out of us for a change. supermac 115
In the Govan front I was surrounded by spaniards who only cheered when Torres touched the ball
Dietspam 733
Watch out, I got my head bitten off saying this, because apparently about 19,000 fans were working that night and couldn't make it.Lol.
SirWalterSmithLegend 206
i certainly had a small slice of the for granted cake and suffered for it in the process, I was just putting the point accross that even though they were in there homeland accross the water they were near empty. BEE 4,880
I clapped when they scored, as I did when Linfield scored against us. If it had been a European tie - then that's a different matter.Get a grip.

TheNuts 552
pathetic the fans who did.why cheer and clap if the opposition score against us!?
kingbroadfooot 68
It was a bit cringeworthy really and just made us look like a smaller club. While me may have links with them, it felt all too much like we were sucking up to the big boys.I wouldn't get too wound up about some people doing it though, it was only a friendly after all. Escobar 13,676
Think there were a few Chelsea fans dotted around the home end. Seen a couple people jump up and cheer when they scored.Doesn't bother me much,
Clemdog 39,389
I also don't know what you're going on about..There were more boo's than cheers from the Rangers end for the first two.
