What difference would Boyd have made last night.

I'm not referring to last night, I mean for the team as a whole, in the games against smaller teams, who like to dig in and defend, sometimes you only get a few chances, and having seen the misses that Jelavic has made, and comparing to Boyd, who could finish chances like that with his eyes shut, we really need a Boyd type player - and who better than Boyd himself to do that?

Totally agree Paul.

Said it the other day we have already got a dis-interested striker playing but the difference is Boyd is a big dis-interested lazy bastard who will score goals. Im all for it and im one who doesnt believe in brining ex players back. However this one id jump at. A lazy dis-interested Jelavic against a lazy Boyd, i want Boyd every day

Aye cause with all the chances we had last night Boyd would have buried them.

Ronaldo wouldnae have done much for us last nite.

It frustrates the tits off me not having a forward stand were a forward should be. Last nite Jela and Laff played miles apart. That didnt help us

Anyone who doesn't think Boyd would be a better option to have up front than David fucking Healy is in ga ga land.

aye but he left tae get more money. So thats the reasoning. Miller done it and Novo done it to a lesser extent but since Novo lets his hatred of the taigs be known then it makes it all good.

People know what you get with Boyd and its goals. Fuck all else but this is the SPL we are talking about
