Is this for real, my cynical side is telling me that it is a deliberate move by the administrators. The administrators are very experienced in the business, it seems unlikely that they have forgotten to follow procedure. Can anyone hazard a guess at what is happenning. Will it also delay the bidding process for interested buyers, as we are not actually in administration yet.

Which leaves Craig Whyte, whom the administrators seem to be intent on marginalising.

Ih my god. Its one fuck up after another :anguish:

This surely would be a disaster. Wouldnt it open the door to allow HMRC to appoint an administrator? Have all the cut backs that have happened be void? Are they even legal if we are not in admin? Does this mean Whyte would officially be the owner again?
