Why, if Kennedy believes TBK's have the best bid, why doesn't he just even loan Murray the extra money , or, team up just now, get it settled, then either get his money back years later when we are stable. Everyone one knows that if this doesn't happen we will be liquidated so if the bidders are serious about saving us, i would think they would treat this a bid differently, and get it done as quick as possible.
