Surely now Rangers should now get the money owed from the SPL/SFA from the Davis deals and money owed from us finishing second in the league now even if it is just to pay off oldco debts.

And the good thing is, BDO are not restricted in going to court in the same way a football club is. The SPL prize money was used to bail out the SPL mess earlier this season so there could be trouble ahead if they do seek the money back from SPL.

I'd be perfectly happy if BDO (who I assume have a legal obligation to recover monies owed, no?) recovered the money owed to the oldco & it went towards all the creditors who were left out of pocket - might stop the fucking bheasts rattling on about the poor newsagents etc. that are owed money...

the only reason we are in administration/liquidation is because of the non existent debt that HMRC tried to claim if they hadn't done that then none of this shit would have happened HMRC caused all of this which is not our fault why the hell should we be made to pay even more for their fuckery. Ticketus are the new largest creditor and the knew Whyte was going to fuck us over they knew he had no money of his own to pay them back and that he was going to fuck us over, only they didn't anticipate him shafting them aswell so again they deserve nothing from us. We have payed all football debts we owed and the Rangers Fighting Fund has payed most of the small businesses that we owed.

Yes but we were blackmailed into that by the SPL and the SFA, there was no legal requirement for us to pay those debts.

There is a legal requirement for BDO to retrieve as much money as possible for the creditors. Any monies perceived to be earned, or due, prior to or at the time of administration goes to the creditor.

True - i would have to agre with that on the basis that the SFA fined Rangers for withholding PAYE. But i guess you could argue the SPL are a different body.

Even if that was the case however, i would concede that the SPL should lodge appropriate disciplinary sanctions - whereby a punishment might be to revoke prize money. To simply keep it is unnacceptable.
