Apparently he has befriended an "international lawyer" who claims that Scottish clubs can use a an English precedent in English Football legislation which doesn't really apply in our case, so that clubs can sue "us" for "tens of millions", even though that would only apply to oldco.

Furthermore, they can't simply add more new "football debt" to the old agreement.

Why add ebt's to their argument mate - the only thing that we have done that is illegal, is cw's non payment of tax, which that decision was taken in his very own capacity, (not a boaard decision). And for that reason mhmrc have opened a criminal case against cw.
