Since we have a grand prix car and the rest have a 1968 citreon 2CV we will always be in pole position. That's if the OP is being serious. If on the other hand, as I suspect , he is not a Gers Fan, then he is probably referring to a ritual from his teams boys club when he refers to pole position This involves the dropping of shorts, bending over, and taking the pole.
