Hard to admit this but , here goes , when Walter retired should Ally have maybe left and went and got some valuable experience at another club before coming back a more complete manager ?

Said that all along, not when Walter retired though. Should have done it 2009 ish.

2011/12

League Cup - Humiliated by Inverness in quarter final

Scottish cup - Humiliated by Dundee Untied in 5th round

You must feel humiliated very easily, since when has it been our god given right to win every game? Remember how Aberdeen would play out of their skins against us no matter how they were doing in the league? Well that's what you are seeing here. These teams see playing Rangers as their cup final and as such will lift their game when they play us.

Indeed. But is it not our manager's remit to instill into our younger members of our team, the drive, commitment, desire to show they are capable or that they are worthy of pulling on that blue jersey and to remind them all of the massive expectations of wearing that blue jersey? Unfortunately, Ally has shown that he does not have the man management skills or the tactical nous to put out a team capable of fulfilling these expectations and as such, I think he should seriously be considering ending his tenure here.

you saying the game at tannadice wasn't humiliating, it was one of the very few games i could barely watch. all we would do was pass it around the midfield and our final ball was non existent and every time they attacked we looked like conceding. theres getting beating by a fired up team and there is a humiliation, that game in my eyes was humiliating.

How long does Ally get, lets be honest i don't see him resigning and with Walter there he has a cushion.... We watched John Greig going through the same thing it didn't work out and it is the same for Ally.

After yesterday's defeat he should be sacked today along with his pals Durrant and McDowall and a new Management team put in place.

There have been loads of great footballers who have been tripe when it comes to management. A manager shouldn't need to motivate players. His role should be to tell them "this is how the opposition play and this is what we need to do to beat them". How does he plan to overcome Barca or MU the next time we play them in Europe and they "up their game" against us?

Better players than him, at their beloved clubs have failed as a manager.. The key is when to take the decision to say enough is enough..

Better managers have been sacked for less.

I'm not asking for Ally to go, but, his name can only last so long.. As much as we laugh at yella teef, the whole of the country is now laughing at our manager.

Ally is a great guy, but a great manager? No.

He is paid something like 700,000.00 pounds in the lower divisions?????? Is this not a little over the top?

Time to get value for money.

Sack the management team and bring in the guy who managed QoS last season.

The Kilmarnock manager
