BRITNEY IS NOT FEELING IT 8,293
Makes me think , could it be time again for one person in charge of our great Club ? I'd actually consider Mike Ashley now , anyone else that tried to own us previously ,has missed the boat
DarcheVinny 1,003
When I was writing the Rangers/Newcastle article today, it was a conspiracy I started to consider. However, I have since been told that Ashley will not be taking control of the club at the EGM.

subcrawl 43
Not a great topic considering he's just this week been revealed as a mass employer of zero hours contracts staff.

DarcheVinny 1,003
Would you consider him though ,as outright owner ?He's certainly very rich, and Newcastle certainly seem to be a club who have an idea of the team they want to build, from the boardroom down, so in that respect, it's hard to say no.However, the Rangers would be marketed and milked to the nth degree, which puts me off. elephants stoned 2,994
No we must not let this shitstorm make us forget how powerless we were under Murray and Shyte who is the ultimate example of how a one man show can go so very wrong. If the right man came along and we could see he was the right man then yes buy Ashley is not that man, neither is anyone else around Rangers at the moment. Moody Blue Legend 61,998
A bit of unrest of his own coming up at his club, imo!
theblueoysterbar 19,852
To be fair, the club needs guys who have a bit of money and are prepared to pump some in.Instead of a shower of posturing dicks just buying shares for fun who otherwise have two bob and a balloon in their pockets.
