Superb from the Scot's in the 4x4. In dry conditions that's a 3:03.5 at slowest which would mean an average leg of late 45s.

Brilliant for a nation like us to produce than many good runners.

They 're all on the track - nobody who can run has found their way into to Rangers team!

I got to 6, yaaas!

And the Marathon.

Cya at the road race the morra!

Bet you enjoyed the rugby on Sunday!

I left my lad & his mate in Glasgow after the sevens on Saturday, where they went for a night out.

The lad was worried about getting back to their hotel & around the city because of all the fenced off areas.

They only stumbled out next morning into the womens' marathon!

Aye, I was hearing the stats about the positive business.

Credit Card transactions up 40% by foreign nationals over the period of the games compared to last year, 200-300% increase in revenue reported by hotels, 8 fold increase in takings on the same time last year for many city centre businesses, over 1 Million visitors into the city over the period, over 100 000 visitors combining the visit to the city with a longer stay in the rest of Scotland, bars and clubs saying it's like a Saturday night every day, ticket sales way beyond 92%.

Another one in the eye for those that said it wasn't worth it.

Wee Charlie Flynn came across as a right decent wee guy in the interviews. He was really open, humble and respectful. And friendly. He really came across as really quite likeable. Pleased for him.

He did indeed, which tbh goes against what I said about him whilst the medal ceremony was going on.

Glad they came up for it. The 7s made for a right good day.
