the goal machine 7,824
Will still be able to walk into a PL job, no doubt.
Siam69 27,357
I think end of the season the taigs would make him an approach. But he'll knock them back, and they'll got for Paul Hartley.

sandyinroyalblue 16,478
Moyes and Everton were a perfect fit in terms of what he achieved at the club and the fans interpretation of what a successful season was, probably could do a job with a team fighting off relegation. He tried the step up in terms of team and expectation and it wasnt pretty.

the goal machine 7,824
Think he'll be in the Allardyce/Pulis role now - trying to save shite teams from being relegated. Can't see a bigger club trusting him and nor should they, his teams are poor to watch and he's now failed at his last two jobs.
the goal machine 7,824
Surely a cert for the Swansea job.Think that would be a disastrous fit. Their last 4 or 5 managers have all had their teams play the same way - attractive, possession football - and Moyes would be the complete opposite to that. The club has a football philosophy that the managers are required to implement.

the goal machine 7,824
Posted in the other thread that Alex Neil would be a good shout.Yeah, that would be. Still think it would be very harsh to sack Monk though, they're going through a very poor spell but they have more than enough quality to turn it around. Iguana 31
That's a shame. Ive always liked Moyes. He's in the same boat as Steve Mclaren as a very good manager/coach unfairly judged on a job that was just too big for them.
