Has he played games for the younger teams? Seems a strange signing, was it maybe because Warburton thought Bell might get over his injury problems. IMO, Bell is being paraded on the bench as second choice just now, to show that he is "fit" and "healthy"... therefore more chance of someone taking him in summer.
