Yes you need to report it. Anything sectarian written online also needs to be reported to the Police before they act upon it. It is so that they have a witness to cite should it go to court. Sad but true.

Absolutely. Vandalised toilets v escalated dehumanisation of a group of people that are already fair game. This kind of  pervading attitude is what is encouraging discrimination and makes it easier for people to believe that Rangers fans are justifiable targets for anything. There's a line with expressing rivalries, and this crosses it IMO.
