Be aware that BT owns all the Broadband in the UK. Sky, Virgin, Talk Talk etc only rent the copper or fibre optic cable to deliver their product. BT could refuse to supply any 3rd party tomorrow and they would be the only UK option.

Virgin run their own cables and therefore have their own network.

Have BT not been told to separate the OpenReach business from the rest of BT, to ensure that can't happen? It's open reach that run the network. The only game sanyone cares baout are Rangers - this includes sellic fans who can't get enough of beelin' at the fact rangers continue to be alive. It's understood BT will offer free broadband on matchdays only to clubs who are allowing them to record their games. BT will use fan recordings via persicope to record and stream the games to a cuppla folk on their new BT SPORTS (shite) channel.
SuperPapac05 3,383
Sky are fucking morons. They'll be soon left with just EPL and Cricket at the rate they're going.

Nothing to be found on this as yet, there were rumours in March that BT was trying to get exclusive rights to Scottish Football for season 2017/18, but nothing has been confirmed as yet. Sky & BT contracts aren't up until 2020. Any deal wouldn't start until then.
