I still think it has ended for Alves though and he is marking time staying clear from worse injury so he can be transferred or released in Jan. He'll be having the world cup games on his mind and won't be caring for the risk of serious injury from the over-physical Scottish game. He's edging his way to an early exit from Ibrox imo.
