terminator 77
Henderson was one of the shortest all right, but Willie vehemently insisted measurements were taken during a cold spell.

siddiqi_drinker 14,635
Wullie Henderson at 5ft 6inches was a monster compared to Rui Gil Soares de Barros who is 5ft 3.

Essandoh 21,224
Mind that November-January period when Beasley was unplayable? He scored an absolute screamer against Dundee Hibs at Tannadice. Cracking player that was past his best by the time he came to Ibrox but still proved a solid signing. docspiderman 1,234
The diminutive Brian Gilmour. No way Beasley was 5,8 little Joe Cole towered over him when I saw them side by side.

Wullie was all of 1.63m which is just under 5'4". (from wiki and y'know they're never wrong :) Full name William Henderson[1] Date of birth24 January 1944 (age 73) Place of birth Baillieston, Scotland Height 5 ft 4 in (1.63 m) Still a monster of a winger though - arguably the best ever for Rangers and Scotland, challenging the Wee Blue Devil and the Penalty King for that honour. IIRC the wee man and Baxter made a FIFA World X1

And when he got found out, bullshitted it was shrinkage because of the cold weather. Aye, right ye are, Wullie! Ma da telt me how Baxter, from his left half side of the field, would thread pin point passes right across the park through defenses to Wullie without looking up. Football telepathy between the two - magic.

Aye we were superb for that period. Him on one wing with Novo on the other, we ripped teams apart. I'm sure we beat Dundee Hibs 7-1 or something, as well as Motherwell 6-1.
