Colts looked good last 15 minutes. Against scottish league hammer throwers , they look a wee bit lightweight but some future stars in there.

while we played very well and should have won it was like watching the 1st team  too many passes and not end end result

That's not what I saw mate, perhaps the accuracy wasnt there but definitely more going forward than our current first team

I think for the last 15 minutes or so, ICT pretty much had 10 men in their own box for the majority of it! The Colts maybe just didn't quite know how to break through.

Great effort all round though. Some potential stars in there. Possibly not quite ready for the first team right now but certainly 1 or 2 close, with hopefully a few more in the future.

Great words from Robertson too.

The park was shocking held up our attack time and again , but very encouraging from these young lads all the way through this competition , surely a few deserve more game time in the first team , Patterson and Kennedy look good enough to gain 1st team status .

Hastie did look no bad on a better park in better weather we would have humped ict the day.

Good to see that the refs are still shite when the colts are involved.

A. Never a sending off for the ICT player for the "dive", he got wiped out.

B. Never offside, ICT through in and slots it away.

C. How the fuck did the defender not get booked for that lunge at the edge of the box (that was outside the box) not get booked?

Overall though: cracking effort from the lads and should be well happy, despite the result. ICT should be embarrassed that they were outplayed by kids. Or is it just as simple as the kids still have something to prove and (all) first team players take their place for granted?

Agree with all of that, but I think we could and should have had a penalty for a shoulder high boot to the head of Breen  by Toshney  as it was dangerous and stopped a certain goal,  the commentators mentioned what a brilliant piece of defending but that was a definite foul anywhere else on the pitch.
