*Difference between being Robertson and being a EPL regular - No shit, Robertson is arguably the best for his position in the world at the moment. Tierney might reach that level at some point if he moves down to the EPL, probably won't, and definitely won't if he stays at septic. 

Performances in Europe - Only watched the games they got pumped in. Not convinced its a fair comparison given the comparative pish he has around him and the genuine top quality they were playing against (at least in the games I've seen). 

International - can't remember seeing him play for Scotland so can't comment. Does he even have that many caps? Wouldn't surprise me if he didn't given Robertson. 

Candeias made a mockery of him - Can only remember once. Certainly wasn't on the levels Kent embaressed whoever plays on their other side.

It’s easy too look a class player if you’re rarely asked to defend and can just bomb up the park every game.  Izaguirre was Scotland’s POTY at one time because he was allowed to do just that, and Tierney could be just the same.  We need a RW who can really test him defensively.

That lot always talked up Lustig as being a quality player because he was an international with European experience but Kent absolutely rinsed him.  We need someone who can do the same to Tierney on that other side.  Let’s see how much they get for him then.

 No, Tavernier has been part of a far weaker team especially our first two seasons up.  We asked him to get forward but offered him nowhere near the same level of protection defensively.  Last year we looked better defensively and Tavernier looked a much improved player.

Tavernier’s defensive attributes have been thoroughly tested during the last three years.  I don’t think the same can be said if Tierney especially when it comes to the domestic league.

Genuinely surprised De Ligt isn't going for more than is being reported. From my perspective he was the best CB in Europe last season. 

There are some differences though. De Ligt was part of a truly golden generation at Ajax that could compete against the best. Genuine top quality and a couple of world class players compared to what, Hayes and Bain 😂😂 Also I don't think there's a LB in the world that would take Robertson spot at the moment. 

Openly admit I think Tierney is a good player with a lot of potential, which he only has a chance of reaching if he moves to a big league. But fuck me, trying to draw comparisons between what De Ligt will go for and what Tierney will in the way they are is retarded. Ffs De Ligt is already a world class player and considering his age its genuinely ridiculous the level he could be playing at when he reaches his peak years. Literally tiers and tiers above Tierney. It's like comparing Shankland to Morelos.
