Basically he is saying that when they decide to step it up, it will be back to business as usual as far as they are concerned. He grudgingly admits that Rangers are better than last season but is still confident. He may well be proved right ultimately, but hopefully his words may come back to haunt him, because barring injury or a catastrophic loss of form, I can see us outscoring them again this season whilst keeping it a helluva lot tighter at the back than we managed last year. Last year we specialised in dropping points in games where we generally dominated play. You will always get a few games where is just doesn't happen, or games where you get sucker punched but..... last season it happened too often. I believe they've came backwards a bit - look at the job Rodgers has done at Leicester to see they lost a good manager and replaced him with Neil Lennon.
