Columbo 588
I feel that losing the Uefa Cup final wasn't really a failure as getting there was a succsess while I don't think Walter can take the full blame for losing the title as the SFA didn't help. Personally I feel that the exit to Kaunas has been his biggest failure as it was his fault he didn't sign reinforcements before then and despite signing well and doing well since then it was his fault we lost in Lithuania. cornelius11 74
I was so angry and embarrased by getting beat off a bunch of part-time Hearts rejects, It has to be the exit from europe. not entirely walters fault though. We played absolutely dire and we deserved to go out.

TMWWBK 0
Spending just under £40M and still looking nothing short of mediocre. Frankly, for the money he's spent we should be looking to make a dent in the CL at the current time.
Jimenez 1
Throwing the league away. Kaunas shouldn't even have been a fixture. We didn't really go for it against Zenit but let's be honest ; they were by far the better team.

Their two 20 year old stand outs, Cetkovic and Stjepanovic, both ended up signing for Partizan Belgrade. We could have done worse.

Briton 394
kaunus without doubt. The way we went about the UEFA Cup final was piss poor, but they were a good side and may well have won, even if we had given a go worthy of the name Rangers. demise 3,574
The biggest failure is that we played shitty football for almost year, and he did nothing to change that.Playing McCulloch, playing 5-6 players out of their natural position in every game, etc.
nvager 498
Combination of all of them, but throwing away the SPL and getting beat by Kaunas after spending 7m on 3 STRIKERS!! These were the two biggies plus a load of other miscalculations.

OrangeBurn 57
Losing the league. It just shouldn't have happened. The Exit to Kaunas would have been less painful if we were Champions. At least when the thims sung, No h*** in europe, we could have hit back with Championies.

BillyBoyBlue 0
All of the options are BIG failurs but for me the UEFA cup final loss was the worst! We went to the final with the wrong tactics to play for a draw. Poor management and poor use of the squad. I really feel if we had had a go we could have got a goal or two. We showed when we did attack, Zennit didn’t know how to cope! Oh well, no point moaning about it now!
keithgersbear 3,225
Losing the title last season. Should of had a REAL go in the run in and not be so defensive.
Goianegra 4,702
Losing the league. That was a right kick in the teath. 1) Our chances of winning the Uefa cup were pretty low, bad thing losing, but still not as bad. 2) Ok, the exit from Europe was bad, but atleast we won't lose fatigue towards the end again. 3) We made up for the signings this year... Bobo, Mendes, Miller, Lafferty, Edu? Greatest transfers in a while. There was no excuse for losing the title tbh.
