Got papped out after 5 minutes today

Bit late for the game today, needed to go the ticket office to pick up my ticket. Turns out we were in the Hearts end because the allocation for our end was full.

I know some people have sat in the away end for games before, but there's no way I could do it, I'm pretty animated at games and like a good moan if you know what I mean. Couldn't do that around opposition fans.

So when a steward found out we were Rangers fans, he escorted us out making us feel like something you scrape off your shoe. A "Grade A" risk game which meant no segregation at all, "high risk" of violence. It's not as if I was going to do the knifing.

I'm going to write a complaint to both TOs, a 100mile journey all to sit in a shitey Hearts bar watching a shitey game.

Our ticket office organised the ticket last week, how could they get it so horribly wrong? I dunno if I have really bad luck with the TO (especially the away section), but they seem to get everything wrong with me.

The club needs restructured off and on the park.

Not really; when you don't have a job, little money, need to a lot of uni work, not really a lot of time on my hands, traveled a long way, but choose to go to see my team and then last 5minutes because of bureaucratic error...it rubs salt in the wounds that would have been there regardless.

Thats a shambles m8 but sadly doesnt surprise me. Some of the stories u hear out of the TO are incredible. I have a m8 who goes to the games with his 5 year old boy. When the tickets came thru for Inverness away he got one concession ticket thru for his boy but no allocation for himself. Madness. Talk about gainin your own independence lol!!!

That's a disgrace. The blame for this should fall upon Murray. Club is going to the dogs and the sooner we get someone in with some enthusiasm for the job the better.

I missed this thread yesterday. That is shocking (lack of) organisation to say the least Jadams. Get in touch with them and find out what went wrong. All things being equal, there should be a full apology made and I would think some kind of goodwill gesture.

This puts me in mind of the game years ago at Tynecastle when we scored 5 (think it was the week after the Accies defeat) because our small allocation from Rangers that day was right in the middle of the Hearts centre stand . I don't think the Jambo's were too pleased with our presence in their inner sanctum and a couple of them even got turfed out for trying to have a go at us

Nothing new under the sun I guess although fortunately there were too many of us to move back then so we saw the whole game
