radlord 24
Is it just me or do Villareal not look like they give a shit? The commentator said it himself, they're just happy to qualify and probably don't mind who they get in the next round.

Blueshoff 11,867
15,000 at the game. Maybe all the Irish folk have realised the famine is over and went back home? Faithful through & through. Alan Brazil this morning telling everyone that there will be at least 45 000 - then some Tim came on and said it was a sell out, sold all the tickets weeks ago

But now i hope they get pumped over and over even if it makes it harder for us to get into the latter rounds.

J_RFC87 761
Attendance on the Beeb says 58,104. That right? No. Thats the official match attendence which includes season ticket holders...whether they turn up or not. Yea that's only for league games though.. For this game, they've taken the match ticket sales which was 50k as opposed to how many turned up.

Sky Sports has it at 58,104 as well, maybe the stewards were checking tickets again for adults trying to get in with child tickets.
TMWWBK 0
I just seen the sending off there. Frankly, i'm disgusted at it. I'm all for player protection and indeed, i cannot stand the physical blood 'n' guts of the SPL; but for Franco to be sent off for that "elbow" is a joke. If he done that in Spain, he wouldn't even have been booked. Seriously disappointing stuff.
Thermopylae 15,287
I can only assume the referee is a commy the way he sent Franco off for absolutely nothing <_<
