Speuan 1
not really, I am a fan of lafferty but millers is a much better foil for boyd than lafferty...
Amac9 2,060
Not for me. Boyd and Miller are doing the business at the moment. But I agree with Aaron, he should be given a run out. Just not next week.
jbm26896 995
Boyd and Miller are our best 2 at the moment for the strikers role
KERRZO 5
Not at the moment, maybe at some point down the line but unfortunately Kyle must get in line!!!
docspiderman 1,248
No, Lafferty does not look anything like a striker to me or any of his club managers.
jonoger1984 4
might be worth a try, but not next week
Tommy WATP 86
No, Lafferty does not look anything like a striker to me or any of his club managers. Lafferty is an out and out striker Its clear to everyone he is a striker being played out of position
RobertN 393
maybe with miller as the link up man from midfield he is more a creator than a finisher
Bluepeter9 5,167
Ive seen arron for 10 minutes - so no - why break up Boyd and Miller - thats working - Arron may be ok on left but needs more sub experience to prove that! I can see McCollough playing on left next week - better defensively than lafferty.

docspiderman 1,248
No, Lafferty does not look anything like a striker to me or any of his club managers. Lafferty is an out and out striker Its clear to everyone he is a striker being played out of position Very poor first touch, very poor control, very slow thought process, very slow reactions, some of the reasons I do not think he is a striker and maybe the reasons his club managers in professional football did not and do not play him as a striker. Maybe he was a standout in primary school, I don't know, but he does not remotely look like a natural striker to me, more like a would be striker. Muff 245
Who the hell is McCullough?
mark_ni 12
i dont think boyd and lafferty would work. Boyd needs a smaller faster player playing beside him imo.
Juno 2
As above. We're suited to the classic number 9 and number 10 setup; target man as a finisher and small guy as a worker. Boyd/Laff would be much like Boyd/Velicka the first game of season. Aaron yes, obviously, but i'm one of his biggest fans so i'm more biased than a frog during a kiss contest.
