TheMotor 2,208
Remember it well, soaked and beat, nothing worseOh, there's something much worse. You could be a supporter of the team that won.At least your misery was temporary, theirs is permanent.
TheEyesHaveit 563
Rangers v Morton, 1963 with my Dad. Hampden, 105,000. First time I saw Jim Baxter. The Express had cardboard paper hats blue and white for Morton and Red White and Blue for Rangers. They might have been the original magic hats - we won 5-0.That might be an idea for Warburton's...........magic had edition free with your loaf. Terry Hurlock Loyal 12,133
U16s World Cup final at Hampden in 88. Some crowd that day, but beaten by suspicious looking Saudi U16s with full on taches on penalties.

scotty1976 1,671
1990 Skol Cup Final. Walters opened the scoring, Elliott scored a header from a low shot to equalise then Gough popped up in extra time with the winner. What a day!!Been to most finals and semi finals since and until last season hadn't seen us lose against them at Hampden.

Gillster 12
1979 league cup final against Aberdeen, we won 2-1 after being 1-0 down.Big Bomber Jackson scored the winner in the last minute. Was also at the 3 Scottish cup finals against Hibs that season. 0-0, 0-0, then and we won the third game 3-2 in a soaking Hampden after extra time.I don't think we will ever see 3 Scottish cup finals in the one season again. The 3-2 win in 1979 on the third attempt was my first final! Snagglepuss 37
Not a pleasant experience.I only got to the game by greeting until my maw agreed to me going as long as I was in the stand, and not the terracing. We were 1 down by the time I eventually got to my seat due to the crowds.3-0 down at half time, I asked my dad to take me home.Fu cking scarred me for life, that did.Hey Fergie. You were no Colin Stein ya balloon.
