English FA would have acted by now?

Recommended Posts

Been thinking about this . If the Riot had happened down in England . Charges would already have been applied to Hivs fc ..

Even after a week .The seriousness of the offence .They would have had to act on it immediately surely

What do you guys think ?

Now I know the answer why not up here but how do you think English FA would have dealt with this ?

Are you saying the powers that be in Scotland are crooked and brushing this under the carpet? Surely not ?

Listening to the two eejits on RS , already stating that hivs should not be punished for the actions of a few morons.

No banning from Scottish Cup or Europe, that's what they think, my opinion, they'll be fined, the Euro money will cover it.

I think it's stupid as well, but Hibs will unlikely be punished due to Scottish clubs voting against strict liability, which lets be honest up until recently only effected one east Glasgow based club.

If it was under UEFA, they would have already been punished as they enforce strict liability.

It's only rangers so it doesn't matter, if this had happened in England it wouldn be on the news everyday demanded something be done and David Cameron forget tweeting would be discussing it in parliament how shocking an event it was.

The Scottish FA are just hoping it goes away, they have fabricated stories from media and police and the more of that thy get they can say it was both clubs and we really don't want to punish Hibs so we can't punish rangers so why don't we get Mark to shake hands with Alan and call the whole thing fine.

The longer it takes makes it come across as them looking for substantial dirt that will stick to punish us. To be honest I think they will be sitting with their heads in their hands not having a clue what to do and worried about fallout from all directions no matter what punishment they hand out. They are a farce and ran by cowards.

Slanty eyes has all his cohorts at the SFA sitting with their eyes shut hoping it will all just go away.

Well it's not going to go away, our board and our fans groups (Vanguard bears in particular)are not going to allow us to be trampled on like before.

If they don't deal with it then we take it to the next level,Uefa must get involved as our interests have been overlooked by the Scottish football authorities(see Motherwell incident)so far and this has resulted in what occurred at hampden.

Where does it stop? What if 1 of them hivs fans had a knife (or more likely a spoon and needle) and put it in our players? Its not beyond the realms of possibility btw.

You wonder what the UEFA think of that mob heading for one of their competitions?

So what's to stop every game ending in a massive pitch invasion?

They have unwittingly created a massive problem for themselves by their leniency with 'well and the hivs.

They have set a precedent.

We, and punters from other clubs, can now invade the park or whack opposing players with flagpoles with minimal consequences for the club.

Of course, they will move the goal posts when we do it, as they usually do, but in doing so, they take the risk that one day they've moved the posts a yard too far and have Armageddon on their hands.

Thats the thing,ok the Motherwell incident should have been dealt with in house as they weren't going into Europe.

Hivs will be representing the SFA,to an extent, in Europe and this kind of behaviour at a europa game could see much more serious punishment on our entire game.
