Second to most balls, and most players happy to try and wait for something to happen rather than grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck and taking it too the taigs.

The old firm at ibrox in December last year is exactly what we had to do, get right up into their face and pressure them from the get go.

Tactically wrong yes but not lazy.

Gerrard could have put out a different starting 11 and the same result would have happened. The players just wern't interested.

Disagree, I thought Gerrards team selection and tactics showed fear of the taigs and that filtered down to the players.

That’s pish, we controlled the game after half time but they were able to go full St Mirren tactics and do us on the break because we gifted them the full first half and a goal to boot

They showed their intent right from kick off and pressed us and closing the space down it forced us into making mistakes all over the park.Gerrard got his tactics and team selection all wrong TLB did not and that’s worrying.

Agreed..when we won both our home games v them last season we were first to everyball everytackle and never aloud them to breath. They came and dun to us what we dun to them.

Gerrards tactics was to nullify them in wide areas which meant it affected our attacking threat, Forrest never kicked his arse and the boy Johnson was ok so that worked....but with that line up he had to start Morelos as we know he would drag their back line out of position....the first goal was crucial and by half time it was already looking like a lost cause....Aribo I know is getting a lot of stick but fuck me imagine playing him so far up where he basically had his back to goal which certainly isn't his game...a bad day for Gerrard and his tactics but the effect on remainder of the season is the worrying thing as they are pish but we still couldn't lay a glove on them

midfield ended up cancelling one another out, the difference AGAIN is them in the final third versus us at the top half of the park

The touch and awareness of their attacking players was way better than ours today.  We fucked up all over the pitch but they were  far more potent in the final third.
