Unfortunately, it's difficult to argue that, as this season's competition hasn't been concluded then it either reverts back to those that qualified for it last season or those that hold the current league positions. But it also follows that if the domestic season isn't concluded then titles cannot be awarded. I’d agree with that, we need an ultimatum. I’d add if a court case is required we should be insisting as part of this court case a suspension of next season until it’s been heard.
