The most mental thing about the All Blacks is look at the guys in-eligible for them cause they now play overseas.
TKB, John Afoa, Rene Ranger, Ben Franks, Victor Vito, Aaron Cruden, Hika Elliot, Colin Slade, Tom Taylor, Charles Piutau, Ma'a Nonu, Malakai Fekitoa, Charlie Faumina would all be pushing for selection if back in NZ.
Then there are the older guys like Luke Braid, Jason Eaton, Conrad Smith, Dan Carter, Joe Rokocoko, Casey Laulala, Luke McAlister who would still get into most of the top national sides in the world.
Simon Berghan couldn't even get a game for a domestic team provincial side in NZ and now he is a prop for Scotland!

Nobody is bigger than the club, especially not Kenny Miller, he has done us a turn and stuck with the club through hard times but it's hardly as though Real Madrid and Bayern Munich were hammering at his door and if they were you wouldn't have seen him for the dust.
I stand by the manager, I like the way he forced a lot of deadwood out the door in a short time and if Kenny has got too big for his boots and wants to join them that's his problem.

He's been leaking stuff for a while. Seemed to have stopped until he got dropped. Miller's given us some good moments but he seems to think everything revolves around him. He fucked up and deserves to be kicked out. After all these years as a senior pro he knows the score. No excuses, he was trying to rock the boat in his favour.
