Would be okay with Armstrong and Shankland in Jan. If they are both boyhood supporters (as rumoured), I think they give you something else that you can't always get in a foreign player in that they know just exactly what's at stake.
Both have good numbers in our league and are performing at a higher level than some of our players, playing for lower ranked teams.

At this stage, I'd be delighted at Lammers, Dessers and Roofe being punted with Shankland in.
I'd also bring Hagi back from his loan.
If Morelos was fit and ready to go, I'd offer him a contract to the end of the season. Was shite in his last season, but is a game changer when he's on it.

Feels like he's on an upward trajectory again for us. Hopefully he keeps it up and cuts out the silly mistakes.

He's still exponentially better than Dessers and I expect he'll still bag a fair few goals this season, but he looks more like a player that plays off a main striker as opposed to an out-and-out striker.

I'd send him on loan to another Premiership team. Not sure who the fuck would want him though. No chance anyone is buying him.

Today's lineup should be telling. I think he puts Cantwell in behind Danilo.
He obviously had to send a message to Cantwell on Thursday, but I hope this happens today. He's given Lammers ample opportunity to get going, but he just isn't cutting it.
Inb4 Cantwell on the bench.

Clement is a pretty well-seasoned manager. I'm not really sure what it is you think he doesn't see that we do? I understand him playing Lammers doesn't sit right with a lot of folk, but what are the alternative options? Cantwell has been bang average all season, Beale punted Hagi and Lowry out on loan and Lawrence hasn't managed to maintain any sort of fitness.
I get the last 2 results haven't been great, but I think some of the reactions have been a bit OTT. Guy is doing pretty well with what he has at his disposal.
I know we're a fan base that want a win every game, but I don't really agree with everyone going into an ultra-panic mode every time a result doesn't go our way.

1 more month until the transfer window opens. I hope we have the capacity to bring a couple of players in and hopefully see the back of Lammers and Dessers (at the very least).

Seen him a few times now and honestly not really sure what he brings to the table. Doesn't look particularly great at anything. Quite happy to fly under the radar and make very little impact on the game.
