  1. As someone else mentioned I don't think we set up to sit back and counter. The team selection suggested this wasn't our game plan. We basically got forced back and Krancjar should have been hooked after 30 mins for more legs in midfield. Miller although been involved in the goal should have been off early 2nd half for O'halloran as a desperately needed out ball!
  2. Ridiculous thing to say! If you understood the effects depression etc has on people you wouldn't be posting shite like that! Shame on you.
  3. I agree but at 10 times the price. Don't get me wrong Jelavic is definately a player but for the money we spent on Boyd I think we have definately had great value for money.
  4. I agree Weir is starting to show his age. Bougie in my opinion needs to lay off the pies. Doesn't look as fit as he should be!
  5. Def had a chuckle when saw the pigeon! He/She wasn't gonna miss this for the world! Looked like it was waiting for a short corner of Thommo! lol
  6. some of kyles antics on the the pitch are definately questionable. his cockyness at times gives the impression he's made it. piss poor behaviour and i'm sure walter realises this and has been trying to knock it out of him over the season. Whether Kyle has enough up top to take it all in is another matter. As for naismith I feel sorry for him actually as he is constantly played out of his natural position. I'm not saying he's gonna do wonders up top but that's his position and anywhere else is not giving him the right platform to show his ability.
  7. Just like it didn't happen for him against Aberdeen, Hamilton, St. Johnstone, Dundee United... in recent weeks. At least Naismith works.......
  8. Worrying. This squad needs a number of signings! I agree. We must strenghthen the squad in the summer. Not sure how long this current squad can keep it going TBH especially if 2 0r 3 of our big players leave. It's the best time to look to bring guys in when the team is doing well. U only have to look a the farce across the city when drastic overhauls are being made to an unsuccessful team.
  9. Difficult one i agree. Barry in his prime was different class although he was playing with better players around him. Would love to see Davis with the same calibre of players. I'm sure his game would go up a notch or two. Barry for me but only just.
  10. I agree mate davis has to play in the middle. Sick of trying to accomodate both kev and lee to push davis wide.
  11. Aaron Ramsay strtchered off with broken right leg against stoke. Horrific injury! Hope u make a full a speedy recovery. Cracking young player!
  12. F*****G retard! The really is some pea brains in this forum.
  13. Stop slagging Lee! Very average player i agree but Walter picks him!! Blame the Gaffer.
  14. nope sorry no links to Ghenghis Knan as far as i know
  15. Truly cannot believe the stick Fleck is getting from some on here! FFS give the guy a chance. He is currently playing in a poor gers side out of position for most games. Anyone would struggle to perform week in week out. Remember when Man U were bringing through their kids they had top,top players in the team to help them along and take the pressure off the young lads. Our boys are expected to come in and be one of those top players. Unrealistic to expect too much at the moment. And also you have to play these young guys in their correct positions. Only once they mature and gain experience they may be able to play in different positions if the need arises.
  16. I think it is quite simple. We have quite a few average players meaning the consistancy is not there. Top players performance levels may drop but not as often to a level that stops them winning games or playing decent football. Alot of our players have to play almost 100% to have consistancy and decent performances. When there level drops they can become distinctively average and struggle as unfortunately we are seeing more often than not this season.
  17. In my opinion David murray has done a decent job at rangers. Nobody was complaining when he made funds available to buy the the best players that even the top teams in England could not afford. O.k maybe in hindsight could be seen as reckless use of funds( Flo ) but IMO u can not fault the guy for wanting to develop the qaulity of the first team. IMO Murray park will be his legacy. We just need someone in charge to gamble more on youth. We need to vastly improve our scouting system also. I'm sure in the long run it will benefit us. It's finding the right manager to go down that road getting the support and patience from the fans when maybe the results are not coming. Is that ever going to happen?? There is a crisis if we lose 2 or 3 games in a row. I honestly feel we may have to take a step back to go forward. Can I see this happening? I hope so as the future of our Great Club depends on the management and fans willing to give a progressive manager time.
  18. I think behind closed doors the guys will be looking to pick up 6 points. It's the old cliche of not blabbing to the press or being over cocky stating we're gonna take six points off this team. The Romanians are also in a position where they are more than capable of raising there game especially at home. Rangers find this to be the case most weeks in the spl. Target should be 6 but 4 keeps it nicely in the balance for Stuttgart at home.
  19. Totally agree. We unfortunately have a squad with alot of average players in it therefore there is no consistancy in our quality as the average players just can't perform to a high standard week in week out(something we should expect from a gers team more often than not). Some of our younger players must be thinking if I can't get a game now when will I ever!
  20. Deflection of the refs arse would do for me!
  21. Well said that man!!! lol I'm as excited about Fleck as the next man but one or two are getting carried away at the moment IMHO.
  22. Wasn't it said that PLG was told there was money available but chose not to spend it as he thought he could manage without it?
  23. Sorry mate have to disagree Bojan is a terrific wee player from wot i've seen!
