It's wild the way people will -when it suits them - pretend that the presumption of innocence is the confirmation of it.
I don't recall anyone ever coming on here like "Neil Lennon didn't threaten to stab that woman, he wasn't charged with anything", or "Jock Stein didn't protect Jim Torbet, he wasn't convicted."

The CPS prosecutes about 1.3% of rape cases. They only do those ones with victim cooperation

The fact that "the Broony" became some sort of iconic tim moment, when it signifies their player getting absolutely rinsed by double winner Diouf, is truly one of the all time oddities of Scottish football.

I felt that way when we signed him and wasn't at all happy about it, but the way Scottish football made him into some sort of supervillain was ridiculous, and he helped ramp the psychological temperature of that season up to a level the tims couldn't handle.
The way people reacted to him and spoke about him was genuinely worse than the way they reacted to Craig Thomson being a paedophile.

I assume the point he's making is that a person being innocent in the eyes in the law doesn't mean they have to be innocent in the eyes of ordinary people who have seen the evidence of what they did, and therefore hoping they sue the CPS is weird.

It wouldn't shock me if he did either. It shocks me that you hope he does. What has the CPS done wrong here? They charged a guy who was recorded threatening to rape his girlfriend, and now she has stopped cooperating with the prosecution, so they have let him off. Where is the misconduct from the CPS?

Can't think of many GOATs in sport who aren't/weren't a prick, to be honest. At least Djokovic is the sort of prick who builds kindergartens in flood-ruined towns and sets up cross-community tournaments in his war-ravaged region.
The only reason he gets it tight compared to other pricks in sport is that he's cringe and unconvincing with his twatty behaviour, probably because he's actually pretty sound.
