I quite like him but if he plays then we need to play him in the No.10 position - This RW nonsense needs to stop. Has the same awkward cumbersome style that Aribo had but he equally manages to get those legs in to somehow gain the ball when he shouldn’t Needs to understand that he won’t get time on the ball domestically - For the reported fee of £6.5m I’d like to see abit more before we commit to that at the end of the season (£6.5m for Tillman and £4.5m for Sands seems an enormous layout for me and I think we could probably get better for our money)

For a period he was actually our best CB. Not sure why we buy these guys who have injury histories and think we can ‘fix’ them See Roofe/Helander/Rossiter and Souttar case studies…..

Thought he did ok against Motherwell and was surprised he went off yet Kent got the full 90???? Once again another gamble signing when we should have been investing in a player ready to hit the ground running - There’s a reason he got cut from Schalke after they spent £11m signing him You just need to look at Skov Olsen at Brugge to see what we could have got for another couple of million…. Unfortunately we have set our recruitment up to hopefully unearth the next Bassey with every transfer - Sometimes you just need to buy the real deal especially as we needed immediate first 11 starters - We all know how many of these gamble signings don’t make it

Systematic of our poor recruitment recently- £5/£6m outlay on a position that wasn’t a priority. Imagine we had bought the finished article of a RW…. We could have cut atleast 2 from 3 out of Sakala/Wright and Matondo plus saved on their wages where as we have 3 guys for the one position and none appear good enough. Anyhow, there’s probably a player in Yilmaz but he doesn’t look built for Scottish football and out with Colak Barisic has been one of our better performers this season so far (I know he got ripped against Liverpool) Not sure if we should try and push him further forward as he can’t do any worse than Kent at this stage. Must get some game time against Dundee

Unfortunately he just looks finished with us - Devoid of ideas and confidence. Now offers so little it’s like plying with 10men, he is so laboured when it comes to backtracking that is it any wonder Barisic is getting exposed as he’s trying to contain 2 players whilst Kent trots back. Needs dropped immediately. Not sure if we play Matondo left or try Yilmaz slightly further forward or just completely change formation either way no chance Kent signs a new deal and no way on his current form is he getting the move he’s hanging out for….

A positive start and hopefully any injuries are behind him especially now Goldson is out for a period. Reads the game very well and is a calming influence, pretty much everything that Sands doesn’t offer unfortunately. Looks a good signing in amongst all the poor ones we have made through the last 3-5years

Played very well today and hopefully continues so the problem RW position finally gets sorted Hes so direct and fast but previously I don’t think he understood what was expected of him playing the position - Came short when he should have gone long etc Must start on Wednesday

It’s going to be tough but it’s the biggest shop window some of our players are going to get in the biggest club comp in the world. Might aswell go positive with the line up and try to catch Liverpool out, we will need to play like Dortmund away if we have any chance Id try Morelos in the 10 with Colak up top - Going to need Alfie to drag us up the pitch

Totally agree and definitely after the weekends showing. No doubt they r good - We have regressed at some rate of knots over the last few weeks

No it didnae - All the touts got the CL tickets the year we got Nan U in the group stages. I joined the queue at 5:30am and it was at the back of the Copland Stand - The queue ran from the Copland down the hill towards the subway then coiled up the fence the full length of the SJ towards the ticket office. By 10am we hadn’t moved and I gave up - Definitely not any better

Definitely not written off but we need change and it’s abundantly clear our squad recruitment hasn’t been good. EL last year masked some domestic issues and already our away form is poor this season Could do with some of the injured players coming back

I’d add Scott Wright to the list - To inconsistent and not the right quality we need If we could I’d take my money back on Yilmaz aswell - Might appear shortsighted or to early but doesn’t look like the stature of physicality required for our league

Totally agree - I’d imagine the only way to improve that is through games. If we could actually get 2 or 3 ahead more often then we could get more fresh players on and everyone would be getting more game time

I’d try and change it up - Except for PSV away we haven’t got going this season 3-5-2 (Tav/Barisic wingbacks, Lundstram as holding midfielder, try and get the wingbacks forward and more attacking players) McGregor Sands. Goldson. Davies Tavernier Barisic Lundstram Tillman. Kent Colak. Morelos Trying to accommodate our so called better players…. Could switch kent/Kamara/Jack could switch Tillman for Matondo etc no idea if Morelos will work in a pairing what a mess we r in

Kent = Very poor again - The fact he’s not signed a new contract looks ominous now…. I’ve tried to defend him but his numbers are poor and it says so much about our recruitment that we don’t have anyone to replace him with. One of many issues we currently have. Morelos = Another one believing his own hype. Nothing to gain today getting chucked on but even at 3-0 down we go like for like - Why not put Morelos on alongside Colak? Not sure what the future holds for him - On his game he’s unplayable, the other version is overweight and costing us points. A shambles to be honest

Needs scrutinised for his part in 2 terrible windows for us First time in 12years we qualify for CL then don’t sign anyone when we have that carrot to dangle - Majority of signings r risky punts and tend not to work Our squad is much worse now than a year ago
