The club have commented they're working behind the scenes on this. Traynor recently went into it in a little more detail. I'd love to know more, see more, but appreciate they're doing so through the channels available.
I got from Traynor that they knew the fans were outraged by the actions of the BBC. I got the impression they wouldn't be upset if the fans showed that discontent.
Some have cancelled their licence fees, futile imo but respect their actions. Some have emailed the BBC or bodies that are meant to ensure their impartiality. Well done them. Others have protested outside the BBC offices.
Most show apathy, the worst show snideness to those who have done something, however little or unsuccessful. An opportunity to have thousands protesting and get the message out that we won't accept the bias has been lost. Apathy wins.

Hmm all Rangers supporters groups are Loyalist/Unionist to one extent or another. Don't see the issue.
I'm actually in the minority that I'm glad they are reporting on it. We need media to pick up on these statements to increase pressure and alert the wankers in charge of the true feelings of the support.

Even before this I've always said I can't believe people like him have this sort of 'superfan' status. What makes him any better a fan than you or I? Nothing. The Rangers fans I grew up with have followed the club everywhere all their lives and have never needed an intellectually-challenged shitebag to talk for them - "aw we gonna be safe in the Scottish cup." - I've seen a stronger backbone on a hamster.

If the current shareholders do not want to dilute their investment (which I can fully appreciate why they wouldn't) then they need to demonstrate to the fans through communication, forthrightness about our position and our strategy for the next 5 years.
We cannot choose to ignore a very public statement by King. People of his calibre generally do not stand above the parapet so if he has chosen to do that, then we should pay heed to what he has to say.
