Domt know what he offers now. Shite going forward, weak in defense. If the game was about dead balls only he'd still be pretty average.

His pressers are full of positivity and honestly. Not a rinse and repeat media performance.
I really like the man. 
We all got behind both Gerrard and Gio.

He's mentally weak. Or struggling with the pressures that being a Bear brings.
I've rarely seen a player showing signs of fear like I do when Borna is struggling.
You can see after a mistake or how he starts a game how the next 45/90mins will go. Its mental and also painful that we persist with him when he's lost it.

I'd try to build a team around him. On his day he's  a difference maker and an EPL level footballer. 
Whether a 3 year 30k contract is being considered?
He the best player on nearly every pitch we play on when he's on form regardless of opposition... its getting him on form that's key.
I'm a big fan. Dont think we'll see a Ryan Kent  level footballer anytime soon.

That first 30mins he looked like a novice.
He was absolutely pathetic.
He's been shite this season. 
I want my Rangers captain looking different to our captain today  (penalty aside - which was wonderful)

Peaks and trroughs.
We pretty much focused on our Wing backs for success with Borna and Tav. 
No coincidence that this season we've been pish when Tavs form has dropped off a cliff.
He looks heavy. Slow to the ball. He's on a good deal bit he'll know how important it is for him to leave before he's soured his memory.
 

There was an opportunity in the first half when that little Jap had done Sakala and Tav had a open goal to ruin him and he backed out.
That's the difference for me.

I'd expect every single player on the pitch to do that.
Surely you dont get bonus points for bleeding for the cause, should be a given?

He cost us more than anyone today by being pathetic at the two goals, he’s been absolutely dreadful all season, I’d take mediocre over that.

To be a 20m player you have to have multiple days though and I just don’t think he does it enough.
It’s psychological with him. He’s the ultimate confidence player. If you can get him to find it within himself the yeah you have a player. 
But it’s a massive risk to give him an increased wage and build a team around him and he has another form slump for 20-30 games.

Any other captain in the league puts there first goal into row Z, probably taking the player too

Two questions for me. Is he worth the money for an increase for new deal and can we afford it even if he is worth it?
I think the answer is probably no on the first question and the board basically admitted at the AGM that the answer to the second is no.
In that case it’s probably best that we get something for him this month?

Been a lot of excuses for him this season. 
Reality is he's been shocking this season. 
It's possible he has gone as far as he's going to go in a rangers shirt. 
 

Would start phasing Devine in with a view to him taking the jersey next season, or even this one. Tav's been pish for months.
